KOSMOS Compact prefabricated elements are assembled in boxes or blinds. The Compact element - also offers a wide range of box designs, both as a flush-mounted element and for installation with edged panels.

By using distance profiles for installation of the guid rails (optional) the mounting depth is variable. The execution is possible with a wide variety of blade-types.

 

SUPER 60 / 80

Slat: 60 mm or 80 mm wide, 0.45 mm thick, concave-convex domed, flanged on both sides, made of special alloyed with lightfast paint in the special procedures enamelled corrosion-resistant aluminium. The press cuts of each fifth slat are equipped with Ultramid grommets, which serve to guide the elevator belts and to secure the webs of the Trevira-wire cords. Slat color choice from the collection.

 

SUPER 80 Flach

Slat: 80 mm wide and flat, 0.45 mm thick, concave-convex domed, not flanged on the sides, made of special alloyed with lightfast paint in the special procedures enamelled corrosion-resistant aluminium. The broad, flexible and above all, extremely low blinds provide an elegant shade with a great view to the outside world in addition to a space saving installation and header requirement.

 

SUPER 88 VRS

Slat: 88 mm wide, 0.45 mm thick, Z-shaped, flanged on both sides, made of special alloyed with lightfast paint in the special procedures enamelled corrosion-resistant aluminium. The rolled-in plastic strip for sealant (slat insert) ensures sound insulation and optimal slat closure. 

 

Compactelement with insect protection

All elements are compatible with insect protection. As an ideal combination, each element can be equipped with an integrated insect roller blind type 34-12. Eighter  with roller blinds, stenter frame or ISG-doors. An aluminum tray protects the insect screen and supports the extruded winding shaft. Condition of use is to use a spacer profile (D2). see info box "Compact details".

 

KOSMOS  Compact Prefabricated Exterior Blind Elements can be mounted as complete finished facade elements before completion and will be delivered only with motor drive.
