Thermal insulation

Heat transmission coefficient- U-value: This value describes the heat transmission through a building component (e.g. window) and specifies the amount of energy lost per m2 glass at a temperature difference of 1 Kelvin in one second. A low U-value means good insulation and low heat loss. Closed blinds in front of the window improve the U-value which arises between the glass and the blinds and acts as an insulating layer because of the air cushion up to 30%. (ARGE solar technology)

The blinds with protection against insects

As an Ideal combination with mini blinds each element can be equipped with UNIMATIC integrated insect protection blind . An aluminum cartridge protects the fabric and supports the

extruded winding shaft. The fabric operates sideways in gaining rails. The final bar is equipped with a brush seal and can seal either the window or the window sill.

Insect protection roller blinds from top to bottom run continuously with built-in brake that prevents the insect roller blinds from rolling up suddenly. The integrated blocker against insects seals off the distance from the roller blind so that no insects can penetrate through it.
